This Sunday, 4th December, sees the start of the Western Province Trials process. 

The Club is proud to announce that the following players have been nominated to attend the first try-outs.

And yes- trying to keep up with these weekly updates is also starting to prove to be a challenge- I was going to do it on Sunday- which was just a couple of minutes ago!!

I was away with the U12’s, whilst the rest of the teams all played at home, so this week’s account is from snippets that were shared with me!!

1. Take your child for an annual pre-participation physician evaluation by their primary care provider or a primary care sports medicine specialist.

U14 - 98/99
U16 - 96/97
